Job Summary:
Do you want a career that makes a significant impact on someone’s life? Are you ready to lead a team? Then come join our team as a Crisis Facility Manager where we help people on their worst days.
As a Crisis Facility Manager, you’ll lead and mentor a team of crisis stabilization workers in a 24/7 hour crisis facility who work with clients that are currently experiencing mental health crisis who need to find comfort in a supportive setting. In this setting, staff provide distraction from intrusive thoughts and help individuals work on coping skills that they can take home and use to help keep themselves stable.
As the manager of the crisis facility, you’ll be providing a safe and welcoming environment for individuals suffering from a mental health crisis. You’ll also oversee all the daily operations of the crisis facility and promote WMMHC’s mission, vision and values to ensure the highest quality of client care. Scheduling, mentoring, operations, and hiring are all tasks that you will perform in your new position. No day will look the same and you’ll face many challenges in this position, however, it will also be the hardest job you’ll ever love.
