The Retail Trainer is responsible for training, coaching and developing retail banking team members. Training responsibilities include content development, management, maintenance, and delivery of retail training programs in connection with organization subject matter experts and other learning partners. This position serves as the facilitator of the essential learning path, ensuring retail team members receive timely and appropriate training to be successful in their role and holistically care for Western’s customers. Coaching responsibilities include individual coaching for knowledge development during the initial training period and supporting post-training coaching, as needed. The Retail Trainer works closely with the Retail management to support the ongoing development of Retail team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Training Program for our retail banking team
- Content Management developing retail banking training related documents, materials and presentations
- Coaching our Retail Banking team
- Communicate with Retail management on skill development
