Marketing Lead
We are seeking an experienced digital marketing manager to lead our marketing efforts. This position would be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. The ideal person for this role would be a self-starter who is able to create and implement traditional and digital marketing campaigns without the need of constant supervision or direction.
Secondly, the expectation for this role is to create marketing campaigns and initiatives that can drive revenue. While we understand the importance of branding and awareness, we want to ensure that our marketing efforts assist our sales team and bring about new sales opportunities for our company.
Lastly, this position would also have photography experience and regularly provide videography support for our corporate office, including the filming and editing of short, bi-weekly videos used in our field.
This role will be based out of the corporate office in Centennial, CO or out of the Fort Collins, CO branch office.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000, pending experience
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor our company website(s)
- Search engine optimization to ensure maximum exposure on Google and other search engines
- Social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram)
- Digital advertising – the ability to run paid ads on Google, Facebook and other networks
- Graphic design skills to create new sales collateral or advertising pieces
- Design and edit content for quarterly internal newsletter
- Prepare accurate reports of our marketing campaign s overall performance, key metrics, and revenue generation from our marketing efforts
- Ongoing education to better understand our industry and how to market it (including some willingness to travel)
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
- Work with office and sales leaders to develop new and innovative marketing strategies, both locally and nationally
- Maintain all sales support collateral – sales sheets, brochures, folders, swag, etc.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in marketing or relevant field
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in digital marketing or advertising
- Creative/graphic design skills, including Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization and how to ensure our rankings and visibility online
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Must be a self-starter with excellent written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%, as needed
- Videography and editing experience a plus
- Willing to pass a post-offer drug screen and background check
