We are seeking a Same Day Access Centralized Scheduler

Responsibilities and Duties for SDA Scheduler:

• Centralized scheduling for programmatic functions including consumer care or resource functions
• Provides a variety of clerical, data entry and administrative duties for assigned programs.
• Answer/direct incoming calls, take messages, and place outgoing calls efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain electronic and/or paper records through data entry and/or filing.
• Scheduling appointments for clients, while maintaining professionalism and effective customer service.
• Perform other related work as requested by the Manager, Supervisor, or Director.

Qualifications and Skills for SDA Scheduler:

• Education/Equivalent: Graduation from an accredited college with an Associate Degree in business related field or a combination of education and work experience
• At least 1 year of clerical experience
• Work experience in a Mental Health, Substance Abuse or similar setting preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV record.
