Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Compensation: $14 to $18 per hour (depending on experience)

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in bringing our projects to life, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Transform rough sawn timbers into finished products according to project specifications
- Utilize cutting, drilling, routering, and sanding techniques to shape and refine each part
- Apply staining techniques to ensure an even and flawless finish
- Stack and strap finished projects for local delivery, installation, or prepare for nationwide shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Keep tools and equipment cleaned, maintained, and organized
- Work collaboratively with a tight-knit team to achieve department goals and uphold our high standards of quality
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
- Forklift certification (we will provide training if needed)
- Comfortable and proficient in using power tools
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical labor
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Punctuality and accountability are essential
- Willingness to learn and grow within our company
