In this unique role you'll be responsible for delivering the digital banking lifecycle growth, strategy and optimization for customer base marketing, cross and upsell, loyalty and retention.

Role Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data, partner with Product, Analytics and Marketing teams to identify key drivers, gaps, and opportunities for driving conversion, usage, and retention.
• Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations to drive desired customer behaviors.
• Manage marketing automation triggers and batch campaigns calendar throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Partner with Creative team to develop content for email, SMS, and app communications.
• Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs.
• Develop, test, and optimize customer offers and promotions to drive customer conversion, usage, and retention.
• Analyze results from various lifecycle tactics and leverage findings to further improve marketing lifecycle programs.
• Develop and execute Customer Lifecycle Strategy for Digital Banking customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve product adoption and engagement through email, push, in-app, SMS and content cards.

Role Requirements

• 5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably within an automated CRM Solution software environment (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Braze, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills; fluent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized, attentive to details and customer-centric, Management Experience.
• Analytical skills, ability to work with Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with online marketing metrics and key performance metrics.

Salary

The annual gross base salary range is $86,000-$152,000. Incentives align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
