WVP is searching for a DVM Talent Sourcer who will play a critical role on the Recruitment team, generating leads and building a pipeline of potential DVM candidates. In this role, you will join a highly collaborative and motivated team with the common goal of driving interest in working within the WVP Organization. Qualified candidates should demonstrate a growth-focused mindset, be self-motivated, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Generate candidate leads for the recruitment team, through passive outreach and cold calling
- Review resumes on multiple platforms to determine candidate qualification and organizational fit
- Manage and maintain quality records for each candidate in the ATS
- Uphold WVPs culture and act as a first line of communication for potential candidates
- Build relationships with candidates and organize a deep pipeline for future recruitment opportunities
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team regarding candidate leads and veterinary practice needs
- Travel to veterinary conferences and career fairs as a WVP representative
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Background in customer service, recruiting, fundraising, sales, or a similar field
- Experience with applicant tracking technology (Clear Company is a plus)
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner
- Prior experience working in the veterinary industry is a plus
- Ability to commute to the corporate office in Denver, CO (twice weekly)

- $40,000 - $45,000 base salary with bonus potential
