Marketing Assistant – Part Time, 2 days/week

Job Summary:

Western Washington Medical Group is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to
join our team! The Marketing Assistant’s contribution supports the smooth operation of the marketing
department and its goals which benefit the long-term growth of the company. This position is located in-
house at our administration office on the Everett waterfront.

Essential Functions:

The Marketing Assistant consistently performs regular administrative and creative duties and participates
in special projects as needed. Projects/tasks include:

• Overseeing reputation management program, including Google My Business profiles and other

• Monitoring, tracking, and appropriately responding to online reviews
• Collating and entering data into spreadsheets
• Producing reports to support decision making
• Updating website content periodically
• Performing marketing research and competitive analysis
• Working with digital marketing tools – SurveyMonkey, Constant Contact, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
• Brainstorming ideas, writing and/or editing content such as blog posts, press releases, etc.
• Participating in periodic vendor meetings
• Administrative and data entry tasks as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred
• One to three (1-3) years’ experience in a marketing function; experience in healthcare a plus.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills,

Schedule: Part time 2 days/week. 8 hour shifts. This position is located in-house at WWMG’s
Administration office on the Everett waterfront.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience, skill set, and education.
