Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to fill the role of IT Manager. This key position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT operations and data management initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for IT operations and data management in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to IT and data teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging technology and data to drive business success.
2. IT Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including infrastructure management, system administration, and technical support services.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems and infrastructure to support business operations and growth.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Data Governance and Management:
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure the integrity, security, and privacy of organizational data.
- Lead efforts to define data architecture, standards, and processes to facilitate effective data management and utilization.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data to derive actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.
4. Technology Innovation and Optimization:
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization of IT systems and processes.

5. Budgeting and Resource Management:

- Collaborate within finance and with the procurement teams to negotiate contracts and vendor agreements for IT products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations management, data governance, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong technical background in IT infrastructure management, system administration, and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated expertise in data governance, data management, and analytics, with proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of successfully leading IT and data initiatives from conception to implementation, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

- This is a full-time position based at our Gillette, WY office.
