Key Responsibilities:
- Welding and Soldering: Perform welding and soldering tasks as needed.
- Carpentry: Handle carpentry work including repairs, installations, and custom builds.
- Plumbing: Address plumbing issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Electrical Work: Manage minor electrical repairs and installations.
- Mechanics: Assist with basic mechanical repairs and maintenance.
- Masonry: Undertake masonry tasks including bricklaying and concrete work.
- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning: Maintain and repair refrigeration and air conditioning units.
- Equipment Operation: Operate heavy-duty equipment, with a focus on forklifts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as welding, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, mechanics, masonry, and refrigeration/air conditioning.
- Heavy-duty license preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment, especially forklifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
