Creative Account Manager/Creative Services Manager
Role Overview. The Creative Account Manager stewards the delivery of all creative products in accordance with the agreed upon creative strategy. The Creative Account Manager is equal parts project manager and relationship manager, balancing the client’s desires with the creative team’s choices that are best suited to deliver a successful Major Donor Event (MDE).

Responsibilities.

• As a member of the Client Service Team, help deliver products and services on-time and with excellence to ensure a successful Major Donor Event (MDE) and an exceptional client experience. Collaborate with the Senior Consultant, the Creative Director, and other team members and vendors to deliver a unified, seamless experience. Assist in any Client Service Team activity as necessary to ensure a successful MDE and an exceptional client experience.

• Work with the team to execute the client’s creative strategy. Understand the creative strategy for the client’s MDE (as defined by the client, the Creative Director, and others). Attend client meetings, providing updates to client, track decisions and capture follow-up steps for internal team and client. Initiate development of creative materials with the video team and traffic/production manager in partnership with the Creative Account Executive. Share creative drafts with client and secure feedback. Move projects from initial creative meeting through production.

• Drive delivery of creative materials on time and error-free. Work closely with all members of the creative team to ensure the client’s materials are delivered on time and on budget, including the traffic/production manager, writers, art directors, video producers, etc.

• Under the direction of the Creative Director, develop some derivative content for client materials as needed (emails, landing pages, attendee letters, etc.).

• Accomplish other objectives, as necessary or assigned. Other activities related to MDEs or company related projects as assigned from time to time.'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
