Description
The Westfield Area YMCA is looking to hire subs to fill in as needed at our Welcome Center. Team Leaders are responsible for all aspects of "member service" including but not limited to, member enrollment and retention, answering phones and directing calls to appropriate department/person; accurately process transactions; assist with special events associated with the Y.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior customer service experience a plus but not required
Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid w/Oxygen certifications; willing to train on-site
