Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for both adults and children? Join our team as an Activities Coordinator, where you'll be responsible for curating engaging activities and ensuring guests have an unforgettable stay.
As an Activities Coordinator, you will :
- Conduct a diverse range of activities for both adults and children.
- Actively participate in special events to enhance the guest experience.
- Propose and develop ongoing activity ideas to enrich guest stays.
- Maintain a detailed daily log and track guest participation.
- Manage monetary transactions and ensure accurate accounting procedures.
- Assist with Activities Attendant duties when required.
- Use computer systems to handle equipment check-outs for resort guests.
- Enforce safety regulations and guidelines for guest welfare.
- Keep the Activities Center, boat dock, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to partner with others and interact with guests in a courteous and customer service manner
- Proven ability to handle challenges effectively in regards to guest concerns to anticipate, prevent, identify and solve problems as necessary
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally items over 100 pounds with assistance
- Must be comfortable with variable and outdoor weather conditions
