Job Description

As a Room Attendant, you will: 

• Must consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms
• Must achieve a productivity of 13 credits per day. Credits are assigned based on size and type of room
• Strip units and remove all trash
• Clean units including but not limited to bathrooms,  living rooms, closets,
• Bathrooms - Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters,garbage containers, heating units cover,  and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes. Replenish all guest amenities in the room.
• Bedrooms -Strip and make beds, change bed linens, which may require lifting of all soiled linen
• Report damaged, , furniture, refrigerators  and linens
• Ensures proper use of all equipment and supplies following established procedures
• Immediately reports Lost & Found items following established procedures
• Work in a team environment and assist with other duties as necessary
• Ensure all inventory is in each unit
• Dust walls, ceiling, and woodwork (including doors)
• Empties wastebaskets
• Assists in the training of fellow employees as it pertains to their area
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions

• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
