Our summer superheroes are responsible for repairing the HVAC systems at our resorts. The main responsibility is to keep the equipment cleaned, fixed, and maintained. You will provide stellar customer service by responding to emergency calls promptly and providing routine maintenance to help fix the HVAC system for our guests.
As an HVAC Technician, you will:
• Comprehensive Equipment Oversight: As the HVAC Technician, you play a vital role in the meticulous management of all Kitchen and Main Facility equipment. Your responsibility extends to ensuring the smooth operation of every critical piece of equipment.
• HVAC Expertise: Your expertise is not limited to mere oversight; you are the go-to expert for repairing, replacing, and maintaining various types of HVAC units across our property, ensuring that our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems consistently operate at peak performance.
• Proactive Maintenance Leadership: You take charge of establishing and documenting a proactive preventative maintenance program. Your meticulous approach to maintenance safeguards against potential issues and extends the longevity of our equipment.
• Precision Repacking and Component Care: Your hands-on approach includes repacking pumps and compressors, expertly cleaning condensers, and replacing any worn or defective parts. Your attention to detail keeps our systems running smoothly.
• Filter Management Excellence: You excel in managing air conditioning filters, promptly discarding the old ones, installing new filters, and diligently labeling them before installation. Your commitment to clean, filtered air ensures a healthy environment for all.
• Air Handler Closet Maintenance: Consistent care is given to maintaining air handler closets, ensuring that they remain in pristine working order and safeguarding critical components of our HVAC systems.
• Meticulous Coil Cleaning: Regular cleaning of evaporator and condenser coils is a part of your routine, assuring that our systems function at peak efficiency and energy savings.
