Adjacent to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the most-visited national park in the country, Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, provides an amazing work environment with refreshing mountain breezes and spectacular views of the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains. As a member of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will meet and engage with guests who have arrived to enjoy all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer and help them experience our world-class amenities such as the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external guests.
- Utilizing MR, SAMS, CSD and HotSos to answer internal and external Guest questions.
- Answer phones using the proper Phone Script and etiquette guidelines.
- Answers calls by providing correct information to the caller.
- Answers call as the Front Desk and is knowledgeable to answer Front Desk calls to prevent the transferring of calls to the Front Desk.
- Create work orders using CSD, HotSos for all service needs.
- Follow up on work orders within the allotted time as designed by CSD and HotSos.
- Close tickets as directed by Assignee of ticket.
- Complete service calls by calling Guest to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Answers, screens and routes call volume including inbound and internal calls.
- Ensure transfer of calls to correct departments.
Qualifications

- Individual must be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
- Tolerate loud work environment.
- Type a minimum of 30-35 wpm (typing test provided during interview).
- Manipulate several computer programs at a time while talking on the phone.
