```Duties```
Primarily looking for an intermediate/advanced tap teacher for new studio.
- Plan and conduct dance classes for students of various age groups and skill levels
- Teach dance techniques, choreography, and performance skills
- Create lesson plans that are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with curriculum objectives
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their dance skills
- Organize and coordinate dance recitals and performances
- Collaborate with other dance instructors and staff to ensure a positive learning environment
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field of dance education
```Requirements```
- Strong background in dance, with expertise in one or more dance styles (e.g., ballet, jazz, hip-hop)
- Experience teaching dance in a classroom or studio setting
- Knowledge of theater and performance techniques
- Ability to work with students of all ages, from preschoolers to adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain discipline
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and techniques
- Ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development
- Basic sewing skills for costume alterations (preferred)
- Experience in photography for capturing dance moments (preferred)
