- SUMMARY
Duties And Responsibilities
May include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Must be proficient is setup and operation of extruders, including sheet line, as well as paint department, blending, and secondary finishing and packaging operations.
- Monitor operations for productivity, safety, maintenance requirements and product quality.
- Will be involved on test runs and tuning of new dies, materials, and profiles.
- Consistently identify problems, make responsible assessments and take decisive actions in a constructive and safe manner.
- Maintain records of setups and procedures.
- Must possess excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Responsible for and ability to do all necessary paperwork.
- Ability to work well without constant supervision.
- Keep work area clean and orderly.
- Maintain level of quality consistent with established standards.
- Comply with established safety rules.
- Comply with company policy and procedures.
- Maintain constructive working relationships with co-workers, leads, supervisors, and managers.
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company policy.
