Job Posting for Business Office Manager at Westminster Communities of Florida

The role of the BOM is to coordinate staffing schedules, ensure staffing for nursing units on all shifts, provide structure and leadership for the office employees and maintain precise accounting records. Provide supervision for Home Health employees and assist in development and learning needs. BOM will manage day-to -day business operations including AR, AP and payroll.

Bachelors Degree Required

3 years related experience required

Supervisor Experience Preferred

Westminster Communities of Florida, a nationally recognized not-for-profit church related senior living organization, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Business Office Manager for its Home Care division. This is a Fulltime position located in Bradenton, FL with a large benefits package to choose from. Bachelor's Degree Required.
