The role of the BOM is to coordinate staffing schedules, ensure staffing for nursing units on all shifts, provide structure and leadership for the office employees and maintain precise accounting records. Provide supervision for Home Health employees and assist in development and learning needs. BOM will manage day-to -day business operations including AR, AP and payroll.
