Position Summary
The Ski and Snowboard Collective Manager will work directly with the OP Directors to coordinate and oversee the operations of the Ski and Snowboard Collective. This includes scheduling and coordinating staffing and hours, tracking and requesting supply inventory, training Ski and Snowboard Collective staff, advertising and promotion of the Ski and Snowboard collective, and creating systems to improve the Ski and Snowboard Collective.
Required Qualifications
Has worked in a ski/snowboard tuning shop previously
Desire to learn and grow
Ability to give, receive and implement feedback
Excitement for learning and teaching about ski/snowboard maintenance and equipment
Willingness to supervise peers
Passion for culture building, community stewardship, and inclusivity
CPR & FIrst Aid (can be acquired at no cost after hiring)
Preferred Qualifications
Career Readiness Competencies student will develop through this position.
Scheduling and coordinating staffing and hours and coverage
Being a steward of the S/S Collective space
Planning and organizing staff training
Planning and organizing S/S Collective events and promotion
Tracking and requesting supply inventory
Creating systems to improve the Ski and Snowboard Collective.
