Job Description

A Team Lead is responsible for completing the following duties:

  • Manage the People, Processes, and Planning for your specific team
  • Maintaining the high standard of quality of the Westmor product
  • Daily Safety Meeting
  • Daily coordination of people, information, and materials
  • Continuous Improvement activities
  • Team development (hiring, coaching, evaluating, training)
  • Other duties as assigned
