```Job Summary``` We are seeking a reliable and energetic Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of food from the kitchen to the guests. Your excellent customer service skills and attention to detail will contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. ```Responsibilities``` - Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner - Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering them to guests - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient flow of food delivery - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any guest requests or concerns - Communicate effectively with both guests and team members to ensure a positive dining experience ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred - Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety guidelines is a plus - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is desirable - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well within a team If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest service and thrive in a dynamic restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.
