Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM – subject to change based on project assignments/deadlines
Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
Travel: Up to 25% of time

The Regional Director of Operations at US Storage Centers is a key leadership role that oversees the operations of 80-100 self-storage facilities. The Regional Director of Operations plays a pivotal role in team development, strategic planning, and maintaining operational excellence, contributing significantly to the overall success and profitability of the facilities within their region. Being a Regional Director of Operations at US Storage Centers is an incredible opportunity to lead and develop a team of District Managers, ensuring they reach their goals and maintain industry-leading service standards. To be successful, you’ll need to be a motivator and mentor, someone who can analyze property performance at a high-level and drive the District Manager team to achieve exceptional results. You should have experience leading large teams, and experience managing the financial performance of multiple assets or business units.
Areas of Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Operational Oversight: Guide day-to-day operations across multiple districts, ensuring execution of business strategies and operational efficiency. Analyze property performance to drive regional success and contribute to strategic planning.
Budget and Financial Accountability: Responsible for meeting budget targets across the region. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
Team Management and Development: Directly responsible for hiring, training, and supervising District Managers. Provide mentorship and support, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Act as a key liaison between senior management and district-level operations.
Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management: Collaborate with District Managers to ensure property management teams meet customer needs effectively. Review and analyze customer feedback and reviews to enhance service quality. Play a role in maintaining key customer relationships, with the primary focus on operational excellence.
Reporting and Compliance: Ensure rigorous compliance with company policies and industry standards across all districts. Monitor reporting to promptly address challenges and maintain operational standards.
