Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor/Writer:

• Advise customers on service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair/maintenance.
• Schedule appointments for auto repair service, maintenance, recall work
• Greet customers and answer questions.
• Offer additional services and products, including special promotions
• Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
• Keep customers informed of changes
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer
• Maintain high CSI scores

Requirements - Auto Dealership Service Advisor/Writer:

• Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience is REQUIRED
• GM Experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Good work ethic and computer skills
• Dependable, pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
