Our growing practice in St. Cloud is searching for a Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team! Come be a part of a practice focusing on general restorative and cosmetic dentistry. A great candidate will be able to seamlessly work between chairside duties and the front desk. Our dentist is a proud member of the MDA, ADA, and demonstrates great leadership by cultivating a work environment that is family oriented. Experienced Dental Assistants are encouraged to apply!

Preferred experience:

• Possess sharp clinical skills including but not limited to capturing diagnostic x-rays, anticipating the needs of the doctor, fabricating provisional crowns, taking impressions and working with dentures and bridges
• Desired characteristics: superb time management, self-starter, comforting chair-side communication style, high attention to detail and ability to work cohesively within a team

Technology:

• Dentrix software
• Digital pan
• I/O cameras

Areas of practice:

• General Dentistry: esthetic crown, bridge, implant and composite restorations
• Cosmetic Dentistry: full mouth reconstruction, complete smile design

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Friday 7:30 am – 12:00 pm once a month during school year
• Summer hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm No Fridays

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly compensation bonus
