Á La Carte Server
Westwood Country Club, a private platinum club, is looking for full and part-time self-starters, active listeners who have a sharp memory, are attentive, with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our dynamic work environment.
Assist in helping carry out the day-to-day operations that make Westwood Country Club a “WOW” experience. Continually improve and learn new job skills that make Westwood Country Club and yourself better. Responsible for interacting with members and guests to ensure members and their guests food and beverage service experience is exceptional at the Club.
Experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Duties:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure all tables are properly set with linens, silverware, glassware, and other necessary items
- Assist with the cleaning and clearing of tables during and after events
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent guest service and address any concerns or special requests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in catering, hotel, or culinary industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of food service and banquet operations
- Excellent guest relations and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to lift heavy trays and stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of bussing techniques and proper table service etiquette
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation regulations
