Wettermark & Keith, a top-ranking personal injury law firm, is actively seeking an expert-level, highly experienced, and exceptionally creative Graphic Designer to lead and elevate our visual media efforts across traditional and digital platforms. Our aim is to enhance the efficacy and ROI of our marketing campaigns through your advanced design expertise and innovative approach.

In this pivotal role, the incumbent will be entrusted with sculpting the company's visual identity in the digital realm, driving it from ideation to realization. Working closely under the Marketing Director, the selected candidate will fortify the Marketing Team and be instrumental in scaling the department’s achievements across various online, social, and advertisement platforms.

Key Functions

● Design Custom Illustrations and Graphics: Develop custom illustrations, graphics, and designs that align with the intended message and ambiance.

● Advanced Design Skills: Utilize expert-level design skills to craft, refine, or finalize designs for both traditional and digital channels.

● Brand Assets Creation: Produce branded assets for marketing, events, social media, and other communicative purposes.

● Best Practices and Innovation: Maintain a stringent adherence to best practices, innovation, and proper digital asset storage and backup.

● Collaboration: Collaborate rigorously with the Marketing Team to ensure designs resonate with the brand's vision and requirements.

● Social Media Graphics: Understand the online social media space to create graphics that result in high engagement which is a priority.

Qualifications

● Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in visual design.

● Compelling Portfolio: An impressive online portfolio that exhibits expertise in graphic design.

● Mastery of Design Principles: Mastery over design tenets, including typography, iconography, and grid systems, with the adeptness to apply these to digital interfaces.

● Adobe Creative Suite Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Highly skilled in other design tools like Canva Pro are a plus.

● Familiarity with Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, notably PowerPoint and Word.

● Time Management and Communication: Exceptional time-management capabilities complemented by succinct communication skills.

● Multitasking Ability: Ability to juggle multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.

● Educational Background: Formal education in graphic design or a similar domain, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
