Wexlers Deli Santa Barbara is looking for a kitchen supervisor with years of cooking experience. Supervisor will be expected to work and manage the line while also managing cooks, ordering, and overseeing day to day operations. Must work well with others and be friendly towards their peers and customers. Must be available on weekends!
Qualifications
- Demonstrate experience in food preparation, food service management, and kitchen management
- Proficiency in cooking and food handling techniques
- Strong skills in inventory control and catering operations
- Previous experience in restaurant management or similar roles
- Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
- Fluent in Spanish and English required
