Weyerhaeuser, in Cottage Grove, OR, has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Project Planner for our Cottage Grove Lumber facility. This position is salaried with full benefits, including 401(k) match and bonus program.

Key Functions include, to be performed safely:
- Ensure reliability of mill
- Utilize CMMS system & Microsoft Suite programs
- Construct hierarchy for new equipment
- Make complete and accurate bill of materials that includes all critical spares
- Build preventive maintenance work orders with task list that include detailed job steps
- Assist storeroom with the identification of obsolete parts
- Communicate project leads; operational, mechanical, and electrical
- Provide timely updates on project status
Purpose of position: The Maintenance Project Planner will be the maintenance planner for capital projects, which includes building the necessary SAP infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and working with passionate people
- One year SAP experience or equivalent
- SAP 101 and 201 training or equivalent
- Efficient with Weyerhaeuser’s Work Management Standard Manufacturing Practices
Ideal candidates:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Leadership experience
- Wood products experience
