The Pool Bar Manager at our esteemed country club assists in overseeing all aspects of the pool food and beverage operations, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and well-maintained environment for members and guests. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pool Bar Manager to oversee the operations of our pool bar facility. The Pool Bar Manager will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, managing staff, and coordinating events. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a background in hospitality, bartending or restaurant management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall management of the pool bar and poolside food service
- Supervise and train pool bar and service staff, including pool attendants
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures
- Oversee daily pool bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate pool events, such as member programming or parties
- Respond to member inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool bar area to ensure cleanliness and maintenance
- Prepare reports on pool usage, incidents, and revenue

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Bar Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of shift management and scheduling practices
- Proficient in report writing and record keeping
- Familiarity with POS and cash handling procedures
- Experience in events management is preferred
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Must possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
