Purpose Statement
Be a touchpoint ambassador by efficiently making cost effective assessments, repairs, and enhancements to product while creating a wow experience for customers.
What You’ll Do
- Commit to the World-Class Basics: Our 29 world-class basics define our unique culture. These behaviors and disciplines are what set us apart from the competition and make WG&R a great place to work.
- Repair all merchandise
- Complete service orders, including accurate paperwork
- Take full responsibility for overall service offered to WG&R customers to include proper repair resolution
- Communicate merchandise quality issues or process breakdowns to ensure we are offering World-Class products and services to our customers
- Maintain parts inventory to include proper placement and tracking
- Monitor and maintain supplies and tools needed to complete repairs
- Work a required schedule of Monday – Thursday, some mandatory Fridays as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Incident-free driving record (no more than 3 traffic violations in the past 3 years)
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
- Effective communication skills required
- Requires full range of body motion with the ability to operate pneumatic and hand tools
