Quality Assurance Inspector
Duties:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize various measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure product compliance
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities
- Follow established quality control procedures and guidelines
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality assurance processes
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations, including FDA regulations
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and CMM
- Familiarity with quality control techniques and methodologies
- Understanding of QA/QC processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of quality issues
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Note: Fabrication experience is a plus but not required.
