Overview
We are seeking a Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join our growing team in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, or Port St. Lucie, FL, in office. This is a Part-Time position flexible in office work schedule.
The paralegal will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer, as well as other professionals in the organization from various departments.

Responsibilities
The work may include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Corporate Books and Records. Manage various corporate housekeeping functions.
- Draft corporate resolutions/share transfers.
- Draft Notice of Shareholder Meetings
- Organize and update Corporate Books and Records
- Reviewing and revising contractual language for risk management concerns.
- Review and revise service contracts.
- Review and revise NDAs.
- Drafting collection notices and tracking collections turned over to the legal department.
- Litigation matters
- Upload litigation documents into database.
- Assist with preparation of responses to subpoenas.
Qualifications
- Paralegal Certificate and/or bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of related work experience required
- Heavy contract reviewing experience required
- High energy with the ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, high growth organization.
- Excellent attention to detail; With a willingness to ask questions and seek out help when needed.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
