What are the responsibilities and job description for the Communication Administrator - ID001 position at WGNSTAR?
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $33-$35 Hourly
Location: Boise, Idaho
The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
- Craft high-impact internal communications to foster team engagement and cultivate a positive collaborative culture.
- Develop compelling multimedia content (email, video, digital signage, etc.) to convey the captivating narrative.
- Drive communication initiatives to strengthen connections between team members and leaders.
- Assist company leadership endeavors using strategic communication to drive organizational goals.
- Analyze data provided by project teams and functional areas to craft compelling narratives that translate complex ideas into engaging content.
- Be flexible to undertake any other duties as required to support the organization's needs.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of communications, public relations, or media experience is desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related.
- Mastery of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Knowledge of AP writing style.
- Master in Microsoft Suites: SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- High levels of tact and diplomacy.
- Must be discreet, professional, and can keep information confidential.
- Demonstrate a portfolio illustrating varying content assets for different audiences.
