The principal duties and responsibilities will be:.
- Support Hiring Managers in creation of job descriptions.
- Perform high volume candidate sourcing for positions as assigned
- Plan and conduct recruitment screening calls with the team and operations managers
- Schedule candidate interviews
- Manage the Recruitment database leading to the Employee Data Systems.
- Support in the employee on-boarding process as needed
- Keep internal position and candidate trackers up to date and relay pertinent information to the team and management
- Hybrid working place. Requiring 3 days per week in office at minimum
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years experience working in recruitment
- 2 years experience working as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Detail Orientated
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc)
- Ability to work both independently and collectively with a team
Preferred:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry
