What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Specialist position at WH Unlimited LLC?
We are seeking a product specialist/customer service representative who is career minded and possesses strong people skills. This is an entry-level opening NOT in a call center environment. This position will act as a client liaison; answering product questions, processing customer orders and ensuring product arrives in the scheduled time frame.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Process customer orders
- Create artwork proofs for client approval
- Process purchase orders
- Monitor orders through production to ensure they are shipped on time
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service a plus, but not required
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with art programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop a plus, but not required
- Basic knowledge of Quickbooks
