Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in commercial insurance account management or related role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies, regulations, and underwriting processes.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts to clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance-related software applications; AMS360 experience preferred.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Managed a book of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client retention, growth, and profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships.
- Develop relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate and analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewal quotes to clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client concerns and inquiries as requested.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the book of business, rounding out accounts as appropriate.
