Shuttle Driver

Purpose and Scope of Position

This position is responsible for driving employees to and from work to various locations. Job can be combined with work at the Wheat Montana plant to be full-time if desired. Must attend training from iRide and be certified by iRide.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Main duty is to drive employees to and from work in a provided shuttle.
• May work early morning, later in the evening or may split shift if desired.
• May also work at the plant in a selected department if desired.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Clean driving record. Must be able to successfully pass MVR.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred
• Food service experience a plus
• Good communication skills at all levels
• Strong skills in analytical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and ability to effectively manage conflict
• Good decision-making skills. Ability to make decisions autonomously with limited information.
• Good organizational and prioritization skills

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
