The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for showing apartments, renting apartments, answering phones and email inquiries from prospective residents.
Responsibilities
- Obtain all information from prospective residents.
- Maintain a positive attitude with residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist new residents in the move-in process.
- Prepare and maintain files for each resident.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote the community.
- Answer phone calls from residents.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Possess marketing skills
- Able to communicate with residents and co-workers both verbally and in writing
- Efficient in Microsoft and Excel
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Able to multi-task
- Strong attendance record
- Background and drug screen are required as a condition of employment
Marketing, Lease Renewals, Community Center Events, Monthly reports, Affordable Housing Experience (LIHTC) at least 2 years, At least 3 years of leasing experience
Benefits are available after 90 days.
