Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a dispatcher, this position offers the opportunity for one-on-one training on our internal procedures, dispatching software, and daily tasks. If you are someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player, we want to hear from you! Some responsibilities will include:
- Receiving calls from our customers including hospitals, nursing facilities, and individuals, and scheduling trips.
- Routing trips and monitoring the trips statuses to ensure on time performance
- Entering trip data into our dispatching software
- Communicating with the drivers
- Plan and schedule for the next day's transport
- Monitor transport volumes including same day add ons and adjust resources accordingly
- Run appropriate reports throughout the day and at the end of the day to check for issues and make necessary corrections.
- Analyze schedules and historical trip data to ensure on time performance and efficient use of resources
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Professional phone presence
- Detail oriented, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude, even in high pressure situations.

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
