Construction Project Manager
Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other project documents
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts or challenges that arise during construction
- Prepare regular progress reports for clients and senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, contract management, and construction processes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
- Proficient in using project management software and tools
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
