Summary:

The Brand Partnerships Manager will lead the development of Whisker’s celebrity and brand partnerships, press and event activation to drive awareness, credibility and influence. TheBrand Partnerships Manager will leverage their strong marketing background with a proven track record of developing impactful partnerships and relationships in this role and showcase their passion surrounding cats.

What You'll Do:

• Develops and executes partnership strategies to enhance brand visibility and credibility laddering back to marketing goals.
• Identifies and establishes relationships with relevant celebrities, partners and industry figures.
• Negotiates partnership agreements and manages ongoing collaborations to align with brand objectives.
• Collaborates with a cross-functional marketing team across Creative, Social, Email, Performance and more to ensure partnerships deliver maximum value.
• Tracks and analyzes the impact of partnerships on brand metrics and adjusts strategies accordingly.
• Oversees and manages press with oversight of our public relations agency partners to develop and implement comprehensive PR campaigns, generate positive media coverage and enhance our brand reputation.
• Plans, organizes, and executes engaging brand activations and events that increase brand awareness and reputation.
• Will perform additional responsibilities when required

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 
• 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, communications, event activation or public relations
• 3 year of experience directly managing an agency or team 
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• First-to-market mindset with a passion for tracking the latest trends and jumping on new ideas
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Previous, current or future cat owner
• Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs)
