Job Description:
- Ensure customers are receiving the very best customer service by making them feel welcome by having a positive attitude, answering questions about our products and services, recommending solutions, and showing them where items are located throughout the store.
- Maintain cleanliness and restock inventory continuously
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Hardware Associate, Sales Associate, or similar role.
· Knowledge of basic hand tools, plumbing & fittings, and electrical.
· Outgoing with good people skills
· Possess good phone/communication skills
· The ability to sell
· Professional appearance
· Able to greet and direct customers
