```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for event planning and a strong customer service mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Be on-site and on the floor the day of the event as the day of coordinator and Banquet Manager for all staff
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and objectives, and provide creative solutions to meet their needs
- Oversee, coordinate and assist with event setup and teardown, ensuring all details are executed according to plan
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Finalize Event Orders to Club's standards and providing all information neccessary
- Work closely with the Clubhouse Manager to assist with other responsibilities in office administration and Club events
Experience:
- Proven experience in event planning, banquet manager or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with catering and hospitality industry standards
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
