Armed Asset Protection Specialist

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Armed Asset Protection Specialist to work at our location in Paw Paw, MI. (Weekdays-Weekends). Those applying for the Armed position MUST have their own registered sidearm, possess the proper duty gear and have a valid CPL.

All applicants must have reliable transportation with good driving records, cell phone and internet access.

Requirements:

• Valid CPL
• Firearm with a level 1 or 2 holster
• Prior secuirty experience with good track record
• Dependable & Responsible
• Good Physical Shape
• Reliable Transportation with good driving record

Responsibilities:

- Provide protection and security services to company's property and assets
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop appropriate security plans
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in security or related field preferred
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client interactions
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Detail-oriented with excellent observation skills
- Must possess a valid certification in security or related field

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• May not have any felony convictions and must be able to pass a background check in accordance with federal and state laws
• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for the duration of the shift
• Must be readily available to respond to emergency situations
• Ability to work with little or no supervision

*Previous experience in the cannabis industry is not required*

• CPR/AED certification is a plus
