We’ve built an in-house team of creative talents that include designers, developers, photographers, and videographers, all dedicated to crafting compelling content that enhances our customer journey. We are currently seeking to hire a Project Manager, focused on ensuring we continue delivering our best work while upholding the highest standards of quality across all our creative tasks — be that marketing campaigns, our websites, social, print, and internal design tasks.
About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic in-house creative team, which includes designers, developers, photographers, and videographers. This role is crucial for planning, strategizing, and tracking creative projects primarily assisting our marketing team and various stakeholders across our organization.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative, agency, or marketing setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies, design principles, and the creative process.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work within constraints to help everyone produce their best work.
- Proficiency in project management software, and an ability to learn new tools.
You will:
- Streamline the process for kicking off internal & external projects.
- Manage the lifecycle of creative content projects, from planning to execution to review, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and within scope.
- Collaborate with marketing team members, designers, photographers, videographers, developers, and other stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary contact for all project-related matters, keeping all stakeholders updated regularly on project statuses, changes, and milestones.
- Spend time on retrospective to ensure our process is improving over time and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Be aware of creative strengths and workloads of various team members and help assign work appropriately.
- Ensure all creative meets our standards of quality, originality, and brand relevance, and that the final deliverables align with project specifications and expectations.

Our production facilities and offices are located in Eagan, MN and our marketing and creative departments primarily work based in Minnesota in a hybrid capacity.
