The Role: Clinical Director As our Clinical Director, you will be at the helm of driving excellence in our therapeutic programs. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in guiding a team of therapists in our full continuum facility. A license of LPCC-S or LISW-S in Ohio is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Mentorship: Provide effective and compassionate supervision, coaching, and mentorship to a team of therapists. Empower them to excel in their roles, supporting their professional growth and development.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care by overseeing treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation. Conduct regular reviews to maintain compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our mission and vision. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our programs.
• Therapist Support: Occasionally support therapists by leading groups or managing a small caseload, leading by example and maintaining your clinical expertise.
• Performance Management: Implement performance evaluations and create opportunities for feedback to optimize team performance and foster a supportive work environment.
• Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mental health and substance use treatment, and provide educational opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the clinical team.

Requirements:

• LPCC-S or LISW-S license in Ohio
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health and substance use treatment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
