As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's vehicle fleet. Your role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, vehicle maintenance, compliance with government regulations, and the coordination of vehicle-related activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Fleet Management: Oversee all aspects of the company's vehicle fleet. Schedule regular maintenance, manage repairs, and ensure vehicles are in good working condition
Compliance: Ensure all fleet operations comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records for inspections, registrations, and insurance.
Cost Management: Monitor and manage fleet-related costs, including fuel consumption, maintenance expenses, and vehicle procurement.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to fleet performance. Prepare reports for management on fleet utilization, cost efficiency, and areas for improvement
Vendor Relations: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and acquisitions.
Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to safety standards in all fleet operations.
Emergency Response: Act swiftly in case of vehicle emergencies or accidents, coordinating with relevant authorities and internal teams for a prompt resolution.
