Crew Members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences, preparing products according to operational and quality standards and serving them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. Crew Members work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back. Crew Members can be promoted to Shift Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and General Manager positions. White Management owns and operates over 30 restaurants in NY state, and can offer career opportunities for those who seek them.
