Job Title: Server (Full-time/Part-time)

Join the vibrant team at Ledges Restaurant, located within the scenic White Mountain Hotel & Resort. We are actively seeking experienced servers who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enhancing our guests' dining experience.

Compensation:

Hourly rates are competitive, based on 2022 data. On average, servers at Ledges earn between $20-30 per hour, with top performers earning over $40 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests, present menus, and guide them through their dining options.
• Take and execute orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Make personalized suggestions and recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Proactively anticipate and address guests' needs, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Process payments accurately and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, set and clear tables promptly.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in serving is preferred, showcasing a knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and composure.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
